MOMOFUKU the cookbook

One of the most highly anticipated books of the year among foodies (and the Homewerx buyers who love to frequent Momofuku Noodle bar when in NYC).

Chef David Chang has emerged as one of America's hottest chefs since launching Momofuku Noodle Bar, then a 27-seat restaurant in downtown Manhattan, in 2004.
