One frosty day in Chicago last March, our taxi zipped past a small but attractive boutique just off Michigan Avenue called CULTI.
The name sounded familiar, something we might have read about in a newspaper or a magazine. Despite the extreme wind for which this city is known, we braved the two blocks from our hotel and ventured over to check it out.

The name sounded familiar, something we might have read about in a newspaper or a magazine. Despite the extreme wind for which this city is known, we braved the two blocks from our hotel and ventured over to check it out.
Little did we know that we would be fortunate to meet our now-friend Roberto, who walked us through the product offerings and explained the Culti philosphy to us over espressos. We were captivated by the products which were presented in a way which only the Italians have mastered. The cashmere robes and scarves, luxurious scents, glassware and furniture. As Roberto emphasized, "everything: MADE in ITALY! .... "UNBELIEVABLE"!
We soon came to understand that Culti is a lifestyle project devoted to customers who appreciate simple yet beautiful objects. Each product is made exclusively in Italy, by select craftsmen who pay meticulous attention to detail- using only materials and ingredients of the highest quality. The look and feel is modern, but understated and sophisticated.
